HR Now! Series
Do you have a stack of professional reading to do on your desk or night stand? And how about all those saved emails full of important, relevant information that you want to know, should know, but have the hardest time getting to?
We recently surveyed the HR professionals in our own WorkingSmarts community about how they would most like to get information and digest it.
They told us to keep it short, so we're offering 45-minute sessions with optional 15-minute discussions at the end of each.
We also heard that FOUR would be a doable number of sessions in the series, so that's what we've designed.
And . . . we heard what their most pressing challenges are, and will give you concise seminars on some of the most critical topics identified.
What you'll get:
- Highlights of the latest research on FOUR critical workplace topics (chosen by a survey of many of you!)
- Examples of what organizations are doing to address the challenges
- Suggestions for YOUR next right action step
- (Optional) 15-minute debrief discussion
We'll move fast and will have some time for discussion but will stick to our stated timeframe so that you can fit it into your busy day.
What are the topics?
- The Employee Mental Health Crisis
- Supporting Supervisors and Managers During Extreme Challenges
- Managing Remote/Hybrid Staff Successfully
- Addressing 'The Great Resignation'
With decades working cross-sector and cross-industry to help organizations become higher-performing and healthier/saner, Erika will share her perspective on what the real issues are, what is simply fluff, and what actions actually hold water, all in order to save you time and angst.
Hope you'll join us for this exclusive series!
